Question. What product range do you support?

Answer. Our primary business is production of wedding gowns, bridesmaids gowns, flower-girls dresses, mother-of-the-bride dresses, etc. To supplement these, we provide all kinds of matching accessories – wraps, mantles, jackets, veils, headpieces, as well as groom waistcoats, ties, etc. We could also supply a third-party-manufactured wedding shoes and gloves, but special terms of service apply with these items; please contact us with a specific request for more information.

Q. Do you export your products and how experienced are you in this?

A. We do export all our products; more than 90% of our production is being sold overseas. Since the foundation of our company as a private firm in 1990, we have been specializing mainly in exports and our production is well accepted among all our long-run customers in the UK, Australia, Germany, Canada, US, Italy, Finland, etc, as well as our recently opened relations with agents in Russia and Latvia.

Q.How big is your factory?

A. At present our plant is situated on 720 sq. m. /857 sq. yards/ of our own land; most of this is occupied by the production area, but large enough space is reserved for storage needs.

Q. What are your terms of delivery?

A. Our normal terms of delivery, as of Incoterms 2000 are EXW. However, for our customers we organize shipments and customs representation at our end.

Q. How do you pack the ready goods?

A. We normally use standard carton boxes, approved by the air-cargo operators we work with. However, we could organize transportation in plastic bags so that the products are received in perfect shape by our clients.

Q. What is your understanding about quality?

A. Quality is all that matters to us. All our personnel are devoted to seamless work and in order to avoid human mistakes, we invest a lot in quality control. Our production is constantly being overseen during the process and is carefully examined again before shipment.

Q. What is your payment policy?

A. We work with 100% advance payments.

A. Yes, we certainly are; we are available for all kinds of business proposals and partnership options. With Bulgaria’s constantly improving business climate and its EU membership, more and more cross-border business opportunities are open.
