Question. Do you set minimum of dresses per order?

Answer. No, but we recommend that you consider the transport charges relief for more dresses shipped together. Normally our export team discusses the optimal shipment options for each parcel with our customers, so that lowest freight charges per dress are paid.

Q. Do you make individual, made-to-measure dresses?

A. Yes, we would provide a blank measurements form with instructions on how they are to be taken and then we would follow the specific measures returned to make the dress; It is as simple as that.

Q. Could you make my own collection?

A. Yes, apart from our own designer ranges, we create for our customers dresses by designs specified by themsleves.

Q. What kinds of fabrics do you work with?

A. We supply our fabrics from third parties and we recently opened relationships with direct Indian supplier of fabrics to provide us with natural materials for our production. We offer wide fabric ranges including taffetas, satins, crepe satins, chiffon, organza, laces, as well as pure silks, shantungs, etc. Fabrics swatches are available upon request.

Q. What about the quality of your materials?

A. We constantly investigate the best sources to stock fabrics, embroidery and other materials. Some of our materials we stock from worldwide leaders like YKK - tm for zips, for example, which contribute to the high quality of our outcome.

Q. Do you work with customer-supplied materials?

A. Yes, many of our customers supply their own materials; we assist them with customs clearance for import and provide them with regular updates on their current availabilities.
